Where do you ship to in the United States?
We ship everywhere in the United States.To make it less complex for all our customers, we are now offer fixed shipping rates anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. That means free banner shipping is availble to Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you offer international shipping outside the US?
Yes we do. Please contact us for shipping information for places outside of the 50 US states.
How long does it take to get my banner Printed?
Once your proof is approved your banner(s) are generally printed in 24 to 48 hours, and depending on type of shipping selected, it usually takes 3 to 9 days.
Can I Pick Up my Standard Banner?
To keep our costs low and to expedite orders, we utilize more than one print shop location across the US to expidite your orders. We distribute your print orders to our different locations depending on the workload, so your banners and signs could be printed in a location that cannot offer Pick-Up Options.
Can I Select UPS Shipping Options?
We work hard to expidite your order and work with multiple carriers so we can pick a choose the best shipping method to get the banner to your door as soon as possible. To streamline workflow we only now allow UPS shipping for same day and 1 day banners. If you select UPS Shipping your order will be changed to the 10 Business Day Standard Delivery.

The In Person Pickup Option is currenly only availble at our Design & Service office lacated by the South Bay Banner Press.
Pick-up Hours are from 3-6PM PST. Call to arrange an alternate pick-up time by calling 408-XXX-XXXX
